How much do you charge?

Brisbane Property Hunters charges a fixed fee, dependent on the value of the property you’re looking to buy. We use a fixed fee model so that you know what your costs will be from the outset, and we don’t benefit from a higher purchase price. If you are purchasing an investment property, our fee may be tax deductible as a base cost for purchasing an asset. Fees for the purchase of owner-occupied homes are not tax deductible.
